Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at Heron Manor Care Home. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the home, creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, you will supervise and support the housekeeping team, manage stock and equipment, oversee laundry services, and ensure full compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and CQC standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
