Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant

The Role

As a Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the home while supporting the smooth running of our laundry service. Duties may include:

• Cleaning resident bedrooms, communal areas, and bathrooms

• Supporting infection prevention and hygiene standards

• Washing, drying, ironing, and organising residents’ clothing and linen

• Ensuring laundry is treated with care and returned correctly

• Helping create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

• Working closely with the wider care and hospitality teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and a caring nature

• Takes pride in their work and attention to detail

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Is reliable, organised, and respectful

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is welcome but not essential, full training will be provided
