Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Manager to join our Central Support team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of money into and out of the business, from managing payroll and invoices to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance. This is a varied role where you’ll oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and day-to-day banking, providing vital financial support to our care homes. You’ll need strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and experience in a similar accounts management position.
