We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day upkeep of Heron Manor Care Home. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety checks to ensure the home remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained for residents, team, and visitors. The role involves responding promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining records and compliance documentation (including fire safety and water systems), and ensuring all equipment is safe and in good working order. You will play a key role in supporting all departments and maintaining high standards across the home.
