Job Introduction
As a Dementia Care Manager at Broomfield Village Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our dementia care. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the provision of compassionate, relationship-centred care to residents living with dementia, while also providing support and guidance to their families and friends. With your expertise in dementia care and leadership skills, you'll work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement tailored care plans, provide team training and education, and create a supportive and enriching environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of our residents.
