Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Dementia Care Manager to lead and manage the delivery of outstanding, person-centred dementia care within our home. This role sets the standard for quality, dignity and meaningful living, supporting, developing and managing the care team to deliver care that truly reflects each resident’s life story, needs and preferences. You’ll work closely with families and professionals to create a safe, supportive and enriching environment, ensuring residents living with dementia feel understood, respected and able to live well every day.
